Point's plasma filter keeps the air in your kitchen clean with no extra effort from you
The Point Universal G4 plasma filter helps your cooker hood keep the kitchen air fresh. It utilizes humidity-removing Ultra filter technology that provides even better filtration performance. The filter effectively filters cooking fumes and odors as well as grease and other particles from the air before the air is returned back into the room. The filter is meant for use with recirculating cooker hoods. It has an indicator light, a universal socket, and a main power cable socket. Please note that your cooker hood should not be fitted with ducts or a non-return valve when using it with the plasma filter.

The plasma filter effectively filters impurities from the air using an approach derived from nature. The plasma stage removes microscopic organic carbon compounds from the air. Molecules, such as germs and cooking odors, are broken down at a molecular level. These small particles are then absorbed by the plasma filter more easily than by a traditional filter. This means you’re safely protected against germs, viruses, and spores. Only clean air – oxygen, humidity, and CO2 – comes through the filter and back into the room.
Want to install your cooker hood as recirculating? The Point plasma filter makes this as effortless as possible. Once installed, you don’t need to do any more. The filter activates automatically when you switch on your cooker hood thanks to a sensor that detects airflow. The plasma is also self-cleaning for added convenience, and its internal aerodynamics are optimized to make the filter quiet.
The part of the plasma filter that connects directly to a cooker hood's air outlet has a diameter of 150 mm. Regardless of brand, the filter can be used with most recirculating cooker hoods with the correct connection diameter. Depending on the frequency of use, the filter can also last for up to 10 years. This spares you from having to constantly change the filter in your cooker hood.
