Each of the induction hob’s cooking zones have their own controls which include slide controls for choosing the power level. The controls work with a light touch, so you don’t need to apply pressure on the controls. Use is smooth, fluent, and comfortable. The cooking zones also have a 99-minute timer that you can use to time when a zone switches off. Alternatively, you can use the timer as an alarm, in which case the cooking zone won’t switch off when the timer runs out.

With that in mind, Point's induction hob has a convenient pause function with which you can safely pause cooking. When you return, you can simply pick up where you left off without worries. A convenient memory function also keeps your settings saved for ten seconds in case you accidentally switch off the hob while cooking.

Child lock and automatic safety switch-off

For families with children, the safety of the home is emphasized, and this includes the kitchen. For this reason, the induction hob has the choice of a convenient child lock function.
