With the Point PODR59MKC dryer you achieve the drying results you want. The front-loading dryer offers a 9 kg drying capacity in its stainless steel drum. The machine has a humidity sensor and allows you to control things like the drying time and how dry clothes are when a program is done. The direction-changing drum also has interior lighting.

Control the drying time and how dry clothes are

The dryer has settings with which you can have more control over drying results. You can, for example, adjust the program time or the dryness level. This means you have control over whether clothes come out still a little wet and ready for ironing or immediately ready to be worn or stored in your closet.

Get rid of allergens in your clothes

Worried about mites, bacteria, or other such organisms in your clothes? Not to worry, as the dryer’s program selection includes a specific allergy program. With it you can ensure pesky allergens are reliably removed from your clothing.

Refresh clothes without heat

The dryer uses a heat pump system to heat the air when drying clothes. If you however don’t want to dry clothes and merely want to refresh them a little, the dryer also has a special program just for this purpose. The refresh program doesn’t utilize heat, so slightly stuffy clothes can be refreshed without going through heat-based drying. Thanks to an overheating protection system, the dryer also automatically switches off if the temperature gets too high during programs.

Control panel with a remaining time display

On the control panel with an LED display, you can easily follow the program duration. Icons show chosen functions as well as things like a lint cleaning indicator. The control panel has a knob for selecting programs as well as touch controls for different functions. For the needs of families with children, there’s also a child lock function for the control panel.

Dry quickly or delay a program

Whatever your routine, the dryer has programs and settings to assist you. With the convenient quick program, you can quickly dry light and thin clothes. This program is helpful when you don’t have time for a long program, or only need to dry a few clothes. The dryer also gives you the chance to delay the end of a drying program. The maximum setting of the timer is 24 hours.

Fewer creases on clothes left in the drum

Sometimes your schedule can change even at a moment’s notice. You might, for example, be occupied by something important when the drying program you selected finishes. For these situations, the dryer has a helpful anti-creasing function. With this setting enabled, the dryer rotates its drum every once in a while even after a program has ended. This way clothes won’t have excessive amounts of creases even if you can’t take them out of the drum immediately after the program has finished.
